What is a LORE Report?

LORE stands for Language Of Real Estate. The LORE Report is prepared after month close, every month and used to compare our Market Center against Palm Beach County. Statistics are reviewed from Keller Williams Reports and Trend in categories: Listings Taken, Listings Volume, Contracts Written, Closed Units, Closed Volume, and Average Sales Price. Keller Williams’ is compared in each category year over year. Then the same is done with Palm Beach County statistics.
